Regarding the adoption of ChatGPT within organizations, our survey results show a variety of approaches. 25% of respondents are prototyping ChatGPT for enterprise use, while 28% have already deployed it in an enterprise application or process—individuals experimenting on their own account for 24% of responses. However, 18% of organizations are not using ChatGPT at all, with 2% explicitly banning its use within their company. A small portion of respondents (3%) are unsure about their organization’s approach to ChatGPT.
