Saleem Janmohamed

Saleem is an Operating Partner of RECOGNIZE. Prior to RECOGNIZE, Saleem spent 32 years at Accenture in various senior management roles. Most recently Saleem served as US West Market Unit Lead and member of the Global Management Committee where he had financial and operational responsibility for Accenture’s business across all industries and services in the Western US. Prior to this role, Saleem was the global head of Growth & Strategy for the Communications, Media & Technology Industry Group, where he was responsible for developing and executing growth strategies, acquiring new businesses, and building solutions that integrated Accenture’s capabilities to serve a global portfolio of clients. Saleem has worked in more than two dozen countries, with some of the world’s leading brands, across several industries to design and execute transformational programs focused on growth, operational effectiveness, new product/service launches and emerging technology deployment. Saleem received an M.B.A and an undergraduate degree in Business Administration and Computer Science from the Schulich School of Business at York University in Toronto. Saleem previously on the Executive Board of the Bay Area Council.
