Andy was an early partner in TRANZACT and was a member of the management team that grew and developed the business from its inception to over $500 million in revenue and 2500 employees. Andy’s an experienced operator helping guide TRANZACT through 5 private equity events and strategic sales generating in over $1.5 billion of shareholder value. Prior to TRANZACT, Andy worked on entrepreneurial businesses focused on direct to consumer marketing. Andy is a respected and well known leader in both direct to consumer marketing and the insurance industries.
