Raj is an Operating Partner at RECOGNIZE and the Chief Executive Officer of Ciklum, a leading product & experience engineering company. He is a highly accomplished industry leader with a wealth of experience across digital engineering, product / platform engineering and software technology services across multiple industries and sectors. He drives business transformation for clients, creating value and delivering new experiences to end users.

Raj joined RECOGNIZE from GlobalLogic, a leading product engineering company, where he served as Chief Revenue Officer from October 2020 through October 2022. He played a key role in GlobalLogic’s successful acquisition by Hitachi from several private equity sponsors. Prior to GlobalLogic, Raj spent 16 years at Cognizant, where he held a variety of senior management positions handling strategy, sales, marketing, global delivery, and operations. At Cognizant, Raj led the growth of Cognizant’s Healthcare vertical into a $1Bn business, and later transformed the Manufacturing vertical into a high growth $2Bn business.
Raj honed his delivery and business development skills at Tata Consultancy Services and CSC / Covansys during his first decade in the industry. Raj received an MBA from Bayes Business School, London UK, Master of Science (Software Systems) from Birla Institute of Technology & Sciences, India and Bachelor of Engineering (Electronics & communication) from Anna University, India.
