Shawn is the Chief Operating Officer of RECOGNIZE. Shawn has spent over 20 years in private equity in consulting and advisory focused on fund technology innovation. Shawn served as a partner at Ernst & Young where she led the Private Equity Advisory practice, helping to establish EY as a market leader in private equity consulting. Prior to joining EY, Shawn was founder and CEO of P&L Consulting Group, a boutique consulting firm and began her career in consulting at Accenture. Shawn received a B.S. in Mathematics from Spelman College and a M.Ed. from University of Maryland, College Park.
